Terms & Cancellation Policy

Please read our policies before booking your appointment.

Deposits

  • A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The deposit amount is shown during checkout.
  • Deposits are paid via PromptPay. Please send your transfer slip via Line after payment.
  • Your booking remains Pending until we verify the deposit. We aim to confirm within 2 hours during business hours.
  • Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.
  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full deposit refund or credit toward your next visit.
  • No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will forfeit the deposit.
  • To cancel or reschedule, contact us via Line.

Lateness

  • Please arrive on time. We will hold your slot for up to 15 minutes.
  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, at our discretion.

Health & Safety

  • Please inform us of any eye conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before your appointment.
  • We reserve the right to decline service if we believe it may cause harm.
  • Patch tests are available on request for clients who have never had lash extensions.

Service Guarantee

  • If you experience any issues with your lashes within 3 days of your appointment, contact us and we will arrange a complimentary fix.
  • The guarantee does not apply if aftercare instructions were not followed.
